Warranty

We install commercial-grade turf manufactured in Georgia, backed by the manufacturer's own warranty covering UV degradation, excessive fading, and material defects. Shock pads, infills, and edging carry their own manufacturer coverage. We provide the product warranty documentation with your project paperwork.

Oregon Artificial Turf provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installation work. This covers site and base preparation, excavation depth and compaction, drainage installation, seam integrity, perimeter securing, and edge detailing, the parts of the job that determine whether a turf lawn stays flat and drains properly over time. Specific terms are outlined in your project agreement.

Routine maintenance is not covered under either warranty. That includes clearing organic debris, periodic cross-brushing, and infill top-ups as material migrates with traffic and rainfall. In the Pacific Northwest, allowing leaves and needles to accumulate through the wet season is the most common cause of moss forming on a turf surface, and that is a maintenance issue rather than a defect. We offer cleaning, power brooming, infill renewal, and pet turf restoration to keep your installation performing and looking its best.
